3M GBP COF + 3.00% Throughout

-Minimum SGD 300,000 or equivalent

Loan Tenor

-Minimum 5 years
-Maximum 30 years

Loan Drawdown
Condition

-Loan shall be drawn down only upon payment by the borrower of the difference between the purchase price and the loan amount, subject to completion of loan documents and fulfillment of the conditions precedent.


Loan Repayment

-Monthly repayment of principal and interest
-Instalments will commerce one month from date of loan disbursement.
