- Latest 3 years Financial Statement (management) / Trading Account Statements (for Partnership/Sole-Proprietorship) / Latest 3 years Audited Financial Statements + Latest Management Account (for Sdn Bhd).

- Latest 6 months Business Bank Statement with existing banker (if any)
- Evidence of purchase, e.g. Sales and Purchase Agreement, invoice of purchase, booking receipt [if purpose of facility is to finance purchase of property/asset]
- Latest 3 years Borang B/BE + Tax Receipt
- Director's personal income doc, e.g. salary slip, EPF, Form EA etc
